Complaint Review: Value City Furniture

I ordered a dining table and chairs on 11/20/2004, with the promise of delivery soon after 12/10/2004.
I received no calls about delivery, so called to check. Was told delivery would be some time in January?
When asking for refund, was told it would be sent in te mail, and would get it in 7-10 days.
I paid cash, delivery, and fabric protection. They have the money, but no results, or concern.
I believe i should receive my money back now with interest?
