Value City Furniture ripoff refuses to honor warranty after several conversations and C\O is listed on warranty! Greenwood Greenwood Indiana
with experience with sofa cushion wareing in 2-3 years, I perchased a sofa/love seat a value City Furniture and was asured by sales person that if this occured it would be covered in the extended warrany.
In just shy of 2 years this occurred and when i spoke with several managers Donna)as well as seeing service person and photo's taken, They advised this is normal ware/tear. This was there final word "Donna". I believe this to be bad business.
