Complaint Review: Value City Furniture Rochester

I purchased 6pc leather sofa set along with the warranty for  fabric protection for 7 yrs,  in 2011. One of the pieces started peeling off, like it is not even leather. I called the store and teh  warranty company and I was told, that the warranty covers (marks, cuts, burn marks,etc, done by humans,but  it wont cover peeling of the  leather(or color or whatever it is,what is peeling).

I'm very upset, bcs this  wasnt  done by us, who  cares  about  the furniture, it;s obviously manufacturer's poor quality furniture.
