On 10/31, I dropped off 4 ($100 plus) Tommy Bahama silk shirts. On 11/2, I picked up my cleaning. Upon removing the plastic, when I got home, I discovered that I only got 3 shirts back.
I called the store and told them what happened. I left my phone number so someone could call me back. On Monday & Tuesday, I emailed the manager explaining what happened.
Hearing nothing back, I stopped at the location and again spoke to the clerk on duty. The next day, the manager (Chris) called me and said that he would look into the problem and promised to call me back.
I never heard another word. I believe the general public should be forewarned.
