I received on the mail a letter from valueplusonline.com with my subscriber number and with a website address to claim some $25 gift card.
At the end it says "DURING YOUR ENROLLMENT YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE WAS RECEIVED, AUTHORIZING US TO CHARGE A SUBSCRIBER FEE OF $16.95 EVERY MONTH AFTER THE TRIAL PERIOD TO THE CREDIT CARD YOU HAVE PROVIDED ENDING IN THE NUUMBER xxxx. AFTER YOUR 30 DAY TRIAL, CHARGES WILL BE SUBMITTED APROX 03-30-08 AND EVERY 30 DAYS THEREAFTER. PLEASE CALL 18888337279 IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER CARD TO MAKE THESE PAYMENTS, TO CANCEL, OR CUSTOMER ISSUES.
Thankfully I received this letter a few days before the trial was over. I called and cancelled and asked WHERE DID YOU GET MY INFO?. The said that I had agree on a $40 gas rebate. AND I KNOW I DIDN'T BECAUSE I DON'T EVEN OWN A CAR.
And because they used my MARRIED name I know exactly where they took my credit card info. Now I just hope another of these SAVINGS MEMBERSHIP CARDS SCAM COMPANIES didn't get it too.
Because I had to do a sponsor offer for PROJECT PAYDAY, I bought this BIDFUEL.COM EBAY SUCCESS KIT for less than $2. In the same website a LIVE CHAT WINDOW opened. This KELLY person offered me the ATHOMEREWARDS+ membership and SHE ALREADY HAD MY CREDIT CARD INFO. This was a scam too. I HAVE POSTED A LONG REPORT ON ATHOMEREWARDS here too. Check it out if you're being scam by that one too.
