Ordered and paid for a hot tub in full on Dec. 07, 2013. Every month for four months I got an e-mail around the 17th. to delay shipment for another month.  Got fed up with them in March and cancelled order based on the fact that they were in breach of contract multiple times for nondelivery on promised dates.  They offered discounts at various times but never followed through on them.                                                                                                                         I demanded a full refund plus the interest charges on the credit card for 4 months.  The company said it would take 30-35 days to process refund due to the high volume of refunds due to order cancellations.  This is a bad company.  Don't deel with them.
