RIP OFF and FRAUD/ Value point distribution  Bought Lennox propane fireplace 5 nov 2012. Installed fireplace and unit was red tagged by utility as unsafe. Value point sent us new gas manifold. Installed new parts and red tagged again by utility company. Never received all parts to fireplace. After 8 months of back and forth and never getting our order value point agreed to have us return fireplace for full refund. Returned fireplace 6-12-2013.

Return Paid for by value point. Several emails and phone messages no response or refund. We filed complaint with attorney generals office and value point (Crystal Lee) wrote letter to attorney general they would resolve with me by nov 15, 2013. We made second complaint with attorney general. After a month we received letter from attorney general stating NO Response from value point. Now I read all the bad reviews...... They are a Rip off and fraud. Pay me my refund value point!
