I work very hard for my money. I saved for a while and decided to buy a hot tub that my family had wanted for a long time and I had wanted to surprose them with it. I paid over 2000 dollars for the hot tub in July 2010. The product was advertized at www.valuepointdistribution.com and the time for delivery was to be between 6-12 weeks. After 12 weeks, I called periodically multiple times, each time the rep (Todd or Greg)would promise to call me back with the information and never did. Todd LoGuidice was the one who took the order and Greg would later reply that he could take a message but when I asked if Todd is still working there, Greg would say that he cannot tell me that! He also said that he cannot give me any info on my order. I emailed customer service at service@valuepointdistribution.com and called them at 1800 501 2067 and 1888-611-8827 and left multiple messages, but no one ever emailed or called back.

Pertaining to the remarks of Value Point Distribution:
We always inform the consumer when a shipment will arrive late...WRONG! This is not a fact, as I have the emails of when I made contact asking the where-abouts of my spa, that prove this is not the truth of the matter. The truth is, Value Point Distribution is a sham and this group of people should be ashamed for robbing honest folks of their hard earned money, the time spent shopping for a product at a lower cost and the pain associated with entire affair!

Although the product was shipped late, the product was shipped with tracking number: ZF297K and successfully received by the customer. We communicate late deliveries ahead of time to all customers, and offer compensation in situations like this. The customer is using their hot tub happily.
