Value Point Distribution llc never received the hot tub Mill Valey California
on sept 2013 i bought a hot tub from value point distribution, i payed 5,098.00$, they told me a was going to receive the hot tub in 11 weeks, today is june 25 2014 and i never received the product, they email me every month telling me a new deliver date but never happens.
i asked for the money back and they said the wont do it, please dont do bussiness with this company!!!!!!, i started a complaint with the BBB hoping to solve this problem, i cant beleive this happens in this country.
