value point distribution never sent hard top to spa as ordered and paid for and then...broke off communication ,see their last email, Internet
I ordered a spa from Value Point in November. After 4 months (!) the spa arrived without a hard cover. You can't get a live voice on their 1-800 # so all correspondence is by email. After an additional 6 weeks, here's the last email from V.P. (They gave up on me but they kept my money.)
"Steve" at Value point wrote [on April 11, 2011]:
"Here is the contact for QCA the company I ordered the cover for. I'm letting you handle it from now one. You will have better luck since you are the customer. I will not go any further on this."
Are they dishonest? Probably just inept. I've since found several similar complaints on line.
