Unfortunately, if you are reading this, I have bad news for you. You've been scammed by Value Point Distribution or Portable Hot Tubs and Spas or hottubsdirect.com or whatever their new name is. My story is no different than the rest. I order a spa in September 2013, it was supposed to be delivered in Nov, then it got pushed to Feb 2014. To compensate me for the delay they offered me all these upgrades, and like a good sucker, I accepted. Then once it didn't arrive I’ve had a difficult time getting a hold of Steve and Crystal, the agents of this scheme. Well, no surprise, the spa has yet to arrive.

Here's the thing, DO NOT cancel your order, there's a cancellation/restocking fee of 25% that they will keep. I'm guessing that's how they make money or they figure you'll just take the lose. Ask for a full refund b/c they were unable to delivery the product by said date. I'm currently in the refund process with my credit card company and I’m hopefully they will reimburse me the full amount.

Please do your part to shut this company down and send Crystal and Steve to prison.

Contact VISA, MC, AMEX and let them know what this company is doing. Strip away their use of customer's credit cards. Call BBB, California State Attorney and contact your local news media. Spread the word. Get Justice!
