Complaint Review: value point distribution

 i order a tub through value point distribution after being continually lied to on date it would be delivered it finally came 1 month late i had tried to cancel order but they wouldnt let me well spa came with ripped cover was told they would send new one they never did i was told they would send the filters for the hot tub never came hot tub stopped heating after 1 months use and was told by thier hot tub tech rodger who only took over 50 calls to reach and only by mistake did he answer that my hot tub was built incorrectly that he would send the parts and a tech to fix it never came yet still waiting they will not answer any calls or repeated emails when u call main number and try to ask for someone in management they hang up on you do yourself a favor DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY OR U TO WILL BE HERE WRITTING A RIP OFF REPORT !
