This Value Max company has been charging my credit card for months! I never signed up for anything. I don't understand how companies can get away with hundreds of dollars in charges. I called them, and they told me they could cancel my account?! what? I never signed up for one... then they told me they could give me back 27.95?! What? they have been charging my card for 2 years 27.95 without my knowlegde or authorazation but, they can give me back 27.95?!
I will be taking these cons to court! and I will get back all of my money and then some!

The only way they would have been able to charge you for 2 years without your knowledge is for you to not be paying attention to your account. This is why you must review your Credit Card statements when they arrive to verify that there are no unknown charges.
You can call your Bank/Credit Card but if you get any credit, don't expect to get more than about the last two months refunded. You can also say it was unauthorized, but I would bet that at some point two years ago you signed up for something and in going through the signup agreed to this charge. This could have been some "free trial" that you never canceled or a purchase where they gave you a "bonus offer". This is why before you enter your Credit Card number on line you read ALL of the terms.
You can go ahead and file suit against them, and when you do please post that information here. However, I have a feeling that we will be waiting a very long time.

Before court, talk to your credit card company, see what they can do for you.

HOW do you know they ahve been charging you account for 2 years? Don't you check you statement every month? You SHOULD have done something when you first noticed it, NOT 2 years later. Don't be so financialy lazy. It is YOUR own fault.
