Complaint Review: ValueNet

ValueNet This company ValueNet has an online order form which advertises various medications which you click on and a price is given, they lead you to believe you are ordering this medication. After reading all the small print, you realize they are only promising to refer you to other online pharmacies which they never do. After you pay them, you don't hear from them again and can't find them. Internet

ValueNet had an online "order" form for various prescription drugs that had price, miligram and amount listed on each, in which you click on and think that you are purchasing. after reading small print, you realize the company is actually only promising to "refer" you to other online pharmacies.. You think you are paying for the medication, then find out you are paying for their "services" and then find out you've lost money and paid for nothing, because they do nothing for you after taking your $46.49. They become impossible to locate after getting your money and you hear nothing back from them.

I paid them the $46.49 on October 20, 2006, and received an invoice with invoice number 25688, and order no. 28833288

Today is November 15, 2006 and I've not heard anything as of to date from this company and the website address at bottom of invoice page I printed out on day of payment, is no longer in existance or temporarily down as of today when I tried. The printed invoice contains little information on the company, no address/location or phone number, etc..

The Invoice Page I printed says "thank you for your order" and list the name of the medication/miligrams and says "no prior prescription required" ..

It says "if there is a problem with your order WE WILL CONTACT YOU, if not you can assume your order is being processed.

Giving NO way of Contacting THEM.
The only email address I could find is on print-out of invoice, which is "OrderConfirm@inbox.com"
and website address at bottom of page is http://www.ewebcart.com/~6605/cgi-bin/ss12.cgi/28833288/md...
and as of today this address is not available.
I am worried about giving out my checking account information to this "company".
