Complaint Review: Valvoline Instant Oil Change

How about this for an objective review, These idiots stripped my oil pan drain bolt. How? The genius working on my car decided to use an impact power tool on an oil pan... The management then let me drive off like heartless MFing robots knowing what their employee had just done. Two days later, I went to use my car, and I had a large oil spot in my garage... I took the car back to them, explained the situation, and asked them to check it and ensure they did a good job. They pulled it into the bay, and they ok'd it, and I'm off. The day after more oil was on the ground, I lifted the car on jack stands, removed the lower engine cover, and checked the oil pan, which was full of oil. I checked the drain bolt with a RATCHET, and it's completely spinning... So not only are they lying sacks of s**t, but the on-site management will cover for their subordinate's incompetence and let your drive off completely unsafe, straight-up loser behavior. Disappointing; trying to save me time cost me even more money... On the second visit, they tried to tell me it was an oil pan gasket leak as if I was a complete dumbf*ck, not knowing I come from a family of master technicians (Yes ASE Certified), which speaks volumes...

After leaving a review on Google, and Yelp, Valvoline was able to shadow-ban my review with Google within a few days, which again, speaks VOLUMES on how shady this company operates, even more, so the fact that Google colludes with big business and therefore never trust Google or on-site reviews.

I will never go to Valvoline or any service center, for that matter. Trust is the biggest issue with these types of places now, and this is the motis operandi with service centers, "let them take us to small claims court"... Frankly, I will have to do my own maintenance from now on than trusting dishonest business practices, frankly, it's cheaper.
