Valvoline Oil Change Rude, dishonest, false advertising Glenville New York
They advertise that they check all fluids, but the only one they checked was transmission to try to sell me transmission service. Didn't even fill washer fluid. All maintenance checks listed on receipt marked "Not Checked". Called manager he said there must have been a communication problem; that I just wanted an oil change!? Stated they don't have winter washer fluid in and that's why they didn't fill it!? Could they have told me? But the moron that did the oil change tried to sell me a cabin air filter. Showed me how "some animal got into it". Told him to knock the dirt off and put it back in. Had this pulled on me before. THEY put a pile of dirt on it. I knew someone that worked for Valvoline. Manager Brandt not too concerned. Told me to bring it back and he'll do fluids. Yep, like I would bring it back there. Never going to Valvoline again.
