Complaint Review: Vampfangs.com - Glomark Vampfangs

Vampfangs.com glomark, Vampfangs ripped me off. Did not send what the promised and has poor communication Woburn Internet (MA)

I orderd two (2) "Mystery Coffin Giveaways" for Thirty dollars ($30.00) on December 8th 2005. I sent my check to them the following day. They recieved my check on December 28th 2005 and stated that they were "waiting for check to clear", After a week of nothing i emailed them, and recieved no response. So later i emailed them again.

I got a response the next day(January 26th 2006) stating "Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Processed".After waiting a sufficient amount of time time(im not sure of the exact day, but it was sometime in mid Febuary) i emailed them asking why my items never arrived.I have yet (as of march 8th 2006) to recieve any response or Items from them.Soon after i first complained to them, i noticed that they had deleted my Account history off there website.

I have fiuled complaints with both the Post office (as merchendise fraud) and the BBB.

a day or so after posting this ripoff report, i got an email from the Vampfangs stating my package has now been "shipped".

I guess the original email said "processed" so i figured that ment shipped.

Still there is major faults in all this, It took a month for them to clear my check, then over a month to send my package (and only sent after i filed with the USPS and here).

i will update again if i ever recieve my items.
