van car company person who was rip off warren Michigan
on february 14, 2015 went to van car lo to look at a ford experlor (suv) they said they have on the fit my budget, i thought it was the one on the lot,and never got to test drive it. the owner left , he said he be right back with it. she ent a porteer with the suv and it was almost dark. while waiting they push me into signing paperwork with outmne reading it,theye said it was the common paperwork. I never seen the suv or driven it, it almost dark when they came with it and they left right before i could ask anything. when i got into it was dirty trash and food wrapper in the door and backseat like someone lhas been driving it around. owner left to get it never return just a porter. had o open it mannual with key not with keylock opener, i notie the windshield was crack, and it was getting dark went to turn headlights on there were none, not even on the dashboard, and they was noise from backend, and other problems. my friend ( a male) took it back the next business day to talk about so they didnt give me the run around, the owner said i was lyeing about it i must of done something to it. so take here to my mancanie he will fix , but when i got there i had to pay labor if i wan i done, he would reimburse me never did, the was owner by his brother. I still cant drive the suv the police took it because they gave me paper plate twice they had the plate and would not give it us. until we show him the thing from the police about the plate, and we found out he was charge not for it then the blue book and other lot where they had he same type for less and better condition. so right now i have no vehicle now because i cant afford the inpound cost. so i was rip off my deposit and labor cost.
1,500 pluse in labor on the thing hat was fix 375.00 = $1,850
i have to walk or take bus anywhere or cab so far i spent about 2,500 since first of march
grand total of everything $4,400 or more where i can't really afford all this along with rent, electiric,gas, water I barely make it. they kept calling from loan company, i fill i should not pay for a suv that i dont have because of them.
