Complaint Review: Van Ru Credit Corporation

When Van Ru Credit Corporation contacted me I asked for a statement of my account so that I could see the charges and so that I would have their address. I was then asked "If I send you a statement can you read it?" I then asked for his name and ext # the indvidual would not give me this information. The indvidual continued to harrass me on the phone and I had to keep correcting him on how to pronounce the name of my town "Fieldale" (Feel-dale) an extreamly simple name to say, when I continued to correct him on the pronunciation of the towns name he stated that he was not well educated. What kind of people are these companys hiring to do there collections work for them???
