Complaint Review: Vanda King's piano showcase

I needed a string for my piano and found this web site.  I took the measurments for the string according to their diagram.  Their diagram is numbered with a very good picture of what to measure.  Once I got all the imformation I needed, i dialed the number and the operator answered and we began to talk.  I explained to her  that I was a novice and that I needed a piano string and she told me to refer to a chart #2040  which i did.  I had previously printed the chart and had the measurments in MM.  She asked me for the measurments of the wire and I gave her the measurments of the wire.  She imformed me that she could not take the measurments in MM so I converted to inches for her. Then she told me thAT WAS NOT THE MEASURMENT SHE NEEDED SHE NEEDED THE DIAMETER OF THE COPPER WIRE.  I gave her that measurments and she did not want that , she wanted someting else and she was so impatiant with me not allowing me to finish my sentances and bouncing aroumd from one item to another.  I reminded her I was a novice and asked for her paitiance while I tried to assertain what exactly it was she wanted.  I became so frustrated with her rudness and impaitiance that I hung up on her.  I called back a few minutes later hoping to get a differant operator and when she answered she asked me if I was the one who just hung up on her and I told her "yes" and asked her name and she replied "Kelly".  I thanked her and hung up again.  I will not do business with this company ever.
