Vanderbilt Morgate we were told at the closing it was suppost to have been a fixed rate but it was adjustable also we have sent in payments they would call and harrass us stating we never paid now at the moment theyre refusing to take our morgage payment as they sent it back to us on 02-14-2009 Maryville Tennessee
we were told we were getting a fixed rate morgage we got an adjustable rate.....also we fell a month behind but made our payments up they resent our money orders back to us yesterday stating we cant take your money.when we first got out home the floor joice was broken in the kitchen and cracks in the living room ceiling.both myself and my son are on disability and my husband is unemployed and is trying to find work and soon if vanderbilt has their way we will be homeless!!!
