When purchasing my home I used land as collateral my payments started out around $700 monthly with an interest rate of 14% my payments have swelled to almost $900 a month. I have asked for modification on my loan several times and was denied. I fall behind in payments and asked for assistance and was denied. On two different occasions was sent right to cure default of loan and did every time. Then I just received a summons from local magistrate for eviction without notice of right to cure default or even that they were selling the property the sold the property and bought it for them. All of this without notice also there are still issue with the mobile home that have never been fixed since moving in. This company is a joke and a rip off.
