 I get multiple calls to a number I am no longer associated with & will leave a message that I "must call back today." This is a number I sent a letter to remove from my file over 2 years ago. They call numerous times, leaving rude messages. They don't even allow time to call back before they call again. It doesn't matter if its 1 day late or 1 week late, they treat me like I am the worst person in the world. I've had issues from day one. I have a little over 1 yr left on 10 yrs. They never even fixed items on the punch list. They were supposed to eval & relevel @ 1 yr if needed, never happened. About 4 yrs into the mortgage, I had to have surgery. I spoke with a guy about a modification. Sure we can do that, call me on Friday. Trying to get everything arranged before the surgery. Call, he's not in so I call back almost every day & get the run around. Finally, I get a call from an agent who wants to know why I'm late? I signed the contract & I have an obligation. Tell them whi I was spoke with about modification & when we spoke last. He no longer works there & there is no record of our conversations.WTF! So since then, I really don't care if I'm late with a payment & do my best not to return calls. Any time I do talk with them they are obnoxious. Asking why? What are the amounts of your other bills? It's none if their business. I am so tired of their crap. Tonight Michael called the number that was supposed to be removed & was rude to a family member. Try calling the correct numbers.
