Vanderbilt Mortgage is without a doubt the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I became late on my mortgage payments due to slow business. They told me they would put one payment on the back of the loan which would make it easier for me to catch up. Because I talk with so many different people there, no one knows whats going on. Now they refuse one payment and demand three payments now or they are foreclosing. Because I did not make two payments, they will not put one payment behind. If they really wanted to help. they could put 2 payments on the back of the loan, but because Im behind, they will not even put one on the back. Makes no sense to me!

These people are rude and dishonest. I have been trying to re finance just to get rid of them, but they will not give anyone a payoff amount because Im behind. These people are making it impossible for me to get caught up. Its like they cant wait to forclose on me...
