Vanderbilt Mortgage & Finance Regarding harassment. Greensboro, NC 27409 North Carolina
To all Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance Company with complaints against them for their harrasement practices, which includes but not limited to badgering, ruthlessness, intimidation, and daily harrasement.
I am looking to somehow or someway to start a class action suit against them.With little or no money you can not do this on your own. My thought was if anyone could e-mail me and I would collect all info and keep reporting them to whatever agency needs to done. It may not be a lawsuit but I am an individual that needs relief from these so called cs reps.
I have been through the ringer with them. It doesn't matter to them that they don't give one darn about anyone or anything. I could go on for hours..
I have contacted the FTC, they investigated and it was all lies. So I am fed up with them and not only their tactics but the finance charge they charge us, in 10 years we have paid only 7,000 in interest on a 59,000 loan and no land..We rent the land.
Little did we know when they pushed the papers in our face we were being ripped-off. They will give you a loan extension but don't ask for 2 because they will not do it. A loan mod they will do but will not do the interest rate and put you into a balloon payment.

yes, the lady was expressing how nerve wrecking this company has been and liesthey tell,she even indicated perhaps if we band together perhaps get a lawsuit please habe her contact me asap she is being truthful . i too am outrageousl fed up with them as well and belief only way we can stop their bullying is for us to band to band together for a class action lawsuit so please have her contact me asap thank you

I just tried to call them because I got the bill with a note on the bottom to call them only because I sent them a do not call list, only to be told by management, worker etc , just a different person who has worked for them for years, there is no way to save your home with them.. Just everyone who see this, do Not finace through them!!!

I have had the same experience with this company. Talking down to me, harrassing me about payments that werent even late! I will not even answer their calls anymore, they will not reset my internet access, I am so afraid to call them for any assistance.
