To all of you writing about Vanderbilt and their threats. I've been fighting with then since the day they took over. Inept customer service representatives, lack of education is evident to see when speaking to them.

Anyone receiving threatening phone calls and they are telling you they are coming to repossess. That's all it is, A THREAT. They must send you a letter of default with 30 days to cure. If they take a payment from you, they must send you another one EACH AND EVERY TIME they say you owe. After 30 days if you don't pay a Letter of Acceleration is sent.

I want to see their A** nailed to the wall and can't wait until someone finds a way to do it. I'm ready to walk they are not worth it. If we all tell them to shove it what will they do with all these homes?

I've gotten more calls than anyone should and I know they are only making threats but what they didn't know is that I know what they are doing is wrong and against the LAW!!! I have a post if it ever shows up very nice nightmare to live through good thing I contacted the FTC and The Centers For Equal Justice..AKA..Legal Aid Can't wait to see how it's going to turn out.
