In 2015,  I had two HVAC Companies quote me on the cost of getting a cooling system installed.  However, both refused to install or connect a cooling sytem on to the recently installed Gas Furnace as it had been improperly installed and it is presenting hazard to my family and I.  Both of the HVAC technicians stated that due to the risk of how the Gas Furnace was installed, they thought it best to call the Inspector out to investigate this matter.

I called the Tennessee Code Inspector out to exam the unit and he red tagged the entire installation and the preparation leading up to it.   The inspector saw that a permit was pull but that the company, Greenway Home Service never scheduled an inspection.  At the time, I was dealing with the fact that after the installation of the Gas Furnace one of their installers fell through my ceiling and left a big hole.  This situation totally distracted my focus on making sure that the the Gas Furnace was inspected,  as this matter became secondary to getting my ceiling repaired.

To date, Greenway Home Service, American Home Shield has failed to make this issue go away.  They have failed all three inspection done by the Tennessee State Chief of Coding Inspector. I have written dozens of letters and made hundreds of call to American Home Shield.  No one has returned my calls and they espect that I will just get in the line with the hundreds of other claimants who have experienced the same type of unprofessional service that I have.

Regards,
