I participated in an online auction ran through proxi bid for Vanderbrink Auctions. In this auction they had a Studebaker pickup truck I was interested in. Vanderbrinks described it as early 50's, a short box, complete, solid, and straight, with complete interior that needed work. After paying my $467.50 for the truck I drove 300 miles to get it and after getting it home find description was totaly false, with the exception of the interior. (We picked it up after dark.)

The truck was a 1958 Studebaker, with the registration papers plainly clipped to the sunvisor. The top of the engine is missing. There are rust holes through out the bed, cab, doors, and fenders. The only straight part of the truck is the hood. Fenders and doors have deep dents and creases.  I'm posting this so others will not make the same mistake. I've bought 7 vehicles and 4 boats online and never had anything so falsely described.
