Complaint Review: Vandergriff Honda

So I thought I purchased a new car! Ha! I had the car for one whole week and I get a phone call that I need to come back in and sign final paperwork and give them an extra $1,000.00! Chunk Change I guess to Charlie Evans! But not to the ordinary person. Charlie Evans was by far the biggest jerk I have ever spoken to about business. I was not nice to him either, in the least bit! But how do you respond when you have had a car for a week and then you get a phone call to bring in an extra $1,000.00 or the deal is off! Yes I know I signed the "Conditional Agreement" , but I was a first time buyer and by no means was this spelled out at all! I might have been covered but not in a professional way. To me if your company is going to screw people with this they should tell you " This car is still not completely financed so should something go wrong you will have to pay additional money or bring the car back"! Needless to say, I could have gotten the $1000.00 additional to keep the car but I am not doing business with complete CROOKS and LIARS which everyone emplyeed at this dealership that stays for any length of time has to be a CROOK! I was told that basically they hated working with special financing for people with less than perfect credit by Charlie Evans, one of the Owners, mind you! Okay so then why do you do it???? Why would you even say that to a customer. Needless to say I told Charlie how I felt about him and his staff of Liars and crooks! So yes they got their car back and I got my money back and I bought from one of their competetor and was financed through the same finance company that Vandergriff found for me. I really do not see how these people sleep at night. I just hope they understand the meaning og "Karma"!
