If you are thinking about Botox, Fillers, Laser Treatments, FaceBody Rejuvenation or any other similar treatment Stay Away from Vanderveer Center in Portland Oregon. They have brought back your Classic Bait and Switch programs along with incompetent staff whom are all trained to smile at you and see how much money they can get you to spend. They even have contests to see who can get the most money and services out of each client.
The employee is not the real one to blame, since they are doing exactly what Elizabeth VanderVeer tells them to do! There are many other places to have these services done. My advice and I am sure many others are to STAY AWAY!

I was so excited to get filler around my eye where I had fat loss and was casing a dark shadow. I went in for a consult and after got call after call to get me to actually do it. I was told how wonderful the Dr. was and i was going to be happy for sure. The girls in the office are aoverly nice and made me question my choice. A girl took me back to take pics of before and thought I was getting my cheeks done. I am glad I was able to say NOOOO that isnt right before they started. The Dr came in it was a man. He was nice but left me in the room for about 15 min to go talk to his priror patient who was unhappy about something he had done. I heard her on the way to the room. He came back in and I could feel his irritation. He hardly said one word to me and sighed over and over while he was injecting the filler. After the week was over and bruising and swelling was gone, which by the way I asked about during the consult and she said no brusing. My a*s. It was horrible. There is no way you can go into public for 5 to 7 days. I expected a call to see how I was, hell my dentist does that after a filling. I called to cancel my after photos since there was absolutly no difference. 1K down the tube. Nobody ever asked if I was happy or anything. It makes me SICK that I wasted that money. I had a horrible feeling about all of these emplotees and will listen to my instinks from now on. I didint bother calling them becsaue I know they dont care and if they said come back we will do it over for free ....no thanks. Atleast not this place ever again.
