On March 21st 2010 I ordered several breeches from Panache Equestrian and two of them were Pikeur Cindy breeches UK size 28 regular. I asked if I could exchange one pair and sent it via registered confirmed USPS:

So now Vanessa says they never received the package even though I have proof from USPS...

From Vanessa..." The tracking information says that the parcel arrived in the UK. It is not showing the delivery confirmation. That is because the parcel has not been delivered and you need to check this with USPS as it appears that this parcel has been lost. It was never delivered to me."
