Vanessa Van Why, of Roth, Crabtree and Olsen was rude and impossible to deal with . She delayed deadlines by not returning phone calls and not sending required info to parties concerned. She was on never ending vacations, Wouldn't answer the phone or return phone calls in General. When the rare occasion arose that she answered a call, she was rude and unhelpful and even lied about dates and completion times of transactions. She cost us money and time and seemed to get a kick out of her power. Deal with this company at your own risk. To me it will never be worth it again!
