Complaint Review: Vanguard Motors

Vanguard Motors wasted lots of my time AND yelled at me in front of customers and employees abused & mistreated San Francisco California

I had brake work done by Vanguard Motors. The owner is called Gary. He insisted I change my brakes as it was time for maintenance.

Prior to my changing my brakes, they never squeeked. Needless to say, I had the problems after the work was done. I went back 3 times to have them fixed, after the 3rd time I lost all confidence with them and demanded a full refund. Gary was extremely upset and yelled at me humilating me in front of his employees and a few customers.

In the end, I filed a consumer complaint and got my full refund but had to go through the trouble of returning his useless parts. He could saved me much time if he was just willing to give me the full refund in the first place! JERK!!! He needs a lesson or two with a customer service 101 class. Don't let this guy work on your CAR!!
