Complaint Review: Vanilla Reload

I bought a Vanilla Reload card for $200. I left the store and while still in the parking ot of the store I scratched the back of the card so I could transfer the money and I called and it said REDEEM.

I called the company and they are giving me the run around about my $200. How can it be REDEEMED if I just scratched the back? They have NO customer service manners and then stated they weren't going to do anything about it. DO NOT BUY THIS CARD!!! YOU WILL LOSS YOUR MONEY!!!!
