Vanilla Rload-INCOMM Vanilla Reload cards-Thieves Internet
Vanilla Reload are major scam artists. They steal money and have an incompetent customer service team who reads off a message by rote. I purchased 4 500$ cards at a CVS on Nutley street in Fairfax. When I got home and tried to load to m bluebird card it said suspended. I openeded a ticket January 25th and sent all documentation. I was told there was a 3 day SLA. When I called for status on 2/3, the incompetent customer care told me that the Disputes department didn't have all the information the needed, a lie! So I resent all the information.
On calling 2/7 I am told their dispute department only received the material 2/6 and that it would be 3 more days for an answer. I am frustrated and thinking of suing them. They have held onto 2000$ for over 2 weeks at this point. Beware of Vanilla reload- they are thieves
