June 26th I had signed up with this company. Lee Clemons had talked to me about itt and 199 dollars was drafted out of my account on this day. After doing research that night and talking to my dad, I decided I didn't want to contunie services with this company. I Contacted Lee and told him this, he asked why I wanted to stop services with them and I told him that I was not okay with paying them $699 up front and $30.00 each additional month I also was not comfortable with them being such a new company.. He then got really rude with me and told me to have fun paying off my loans for the next thirty years. manny Kashto then called me later that evening to see why I no longer wanted to continue services with him. I told him and I also asked how long it would be before the money would be refunded back into my account. He told me five to seven days. On the seventh day I called the main number and no one could find me in the system. My name, email address, phone number, and social security card where not in the system. That's funny seeing as how they drafted the money out of my account but now they can't find my paperwork. I was told that they where looking into it and would call me back. A few days later I recieved a email from Manny stating my cancellation is being processes and the funds should be returned shortly. Due to the draft pending when you canceled, we have to wait for the draft to clear before processing it. It has now been six days since I received this and it is still not in my account. I have called Manny several times today, left voicemails and he has not called me back. It has now been 18 days since this money was taken out of my account.
if you are reading this and considering signing up with this company I wouldn't do it. They are extremely shady. Once you finally get a hold of someone, they will tell you they will look into and call you back and then you won't hear from them for days. Would you really want to do business's with a company that doesn't have your best interest at heart?
