we do not know who karen is. furthermore, we do not send out anything even closely relating to a delinquency notice. i highly feel this is a competitor.

When Vantage sent me a FAKE delinquency notice it scared the **** OUT OF ME! I've never been late on my credit cards! So I called the 800 number on the card and spoke with a gentleman who was polite and sounded sincere, really kind. BUT, it is the way they get ya!
He promised that if I canceled FOR ANY REASON, I would receive a FULL REFUND! I asked him if my credit would be affected and he said temporarily. I asked him what that meant, he said that after a few months, 3-6 months, my credit would be 800+! He insisted that it would and that the calls were Recorded because they are held to a higher standard by some outside agency who monitors their work.
In the end, my credit is ruined, they've kept a total of $249 because I canceled in my second month and an ADDITIONAL $50 was ALSO held and KEPT by Vantage Acceptance!
