Vantiv Charged outragous fees for something that I wasn't using Ohio

I contacted Vantiv back in September-October 2017 after my wife noticed and outrageous fee of like $175.00 for the month! I told them that I hadn't processed a credit card since May of 2017 and couldn't understand why they were charging me a fee? Especially a $175 fee I told them I wanted my money back and they said that they would put it in for review and try to get me refunded back to May of 2017. I never heard back from them until my wife noticed another charge of over $100! Remember I don't use this service and haven't since May, I told them to cancel and they never did and they are still STEALING my money!

I called again in November and told them to stop taking my money because it was coming to the time of the month when they were going to steal another payment! The women on the phone assured me that it wouldn't happen again and that she was going to put it in for another request to be refunded back to May. I never heard from them again. I decided that enough was enough and called them once again today 1/3/2018 after being put on hold for 26 minutes the agent told me that the request was denied! I flipped out on the guy and told him that I wanted to talk to his supervisor and that I would not except a decline! He once again put me on hold and I hung up!! I called right back and got a different agent and told him that I just lost over 1/2 of my life to the other agent and the he better not put me on hold! I told him that I wanted to speak to a supervisor now he said that he would have to put me on hold and I said no! He said that it was the only way to get to a supervisor I agreed and after him getting on the phone at least 5 different times to tell me that a supervisor wouldbe with me shortly I said forget it! At this point it had been 36 minutes! I told him that I was going to leave a negative review online and that someone better call me back!
