You gave them 100% permission to debit your card. What YOU fail to realize is that by purchasing the TRIAL, you agreed that if you did not cancel by a certain time that is within the trial period, that you give them EXPRESS permission to debit you after the trial ended. Its all in the fine print,. And how exactly do I know this you might ask??? Because you are a victim of your own LAZINESS!!!! You are part of the "CLICK" mentality. Point, click, move on. Had you taken just a few mins to review the site in its ENTIRETY, you would have found this on there.

There is no remedy for your situation. They probably wont issue a refund. All you can really do is ask them to stop debiting your card and if they refuse to stop, then you can change your card. That WILL NOT change the fact that you probably ended up signing a multi year contract by purchasing the trial. If that ends up being the case, then you will have to take them to small claims court.

Next time you wish to order a "trial" of a product please take a few mins and cover your a*s. Read EVERYTHING you can find on the site. When you find the Terms and conditions area, PRINT IT OUT!! This way you always have a hard copy. Make sure its legible enough that if you needed to fax or copy it that the copy will be readable.

Let me spell it out for you real quick. Online, when you order a "trial" of a product or service, it is NEVER from when you recieve the item or service. It is ALWAY started from the date of the order. NOT the date of recieving the item or service. This means you tend to only have a few days to make up your mind. This little fact is what causes SO MUCH drama for online orders. YOU assume that its from date of recieving, when the reality is that its from date of order.

Good Luck in your fight. I will tell this much. They WILL make you feel stupid when you call to cancel. DOnt let this deter you. You SHOULD feel a little stupid. Smack yourself and then LEARN from this incident. Then in the future use this incident to PROTECT yourself.
