Vaperlite E-CIG VAPOR New Riches scam with absolutely no customer service Internet Arizona & Utah

Received an e-mail on 12/31/13 offering Free starter kit "you just pay $4.95 shipping & handling". Within a few days my card was debitted for the $4.95, within 10 days my card was debitted $99.95. I immediately contacted my bank to register a dispute. I also contacted the company at 1-888-618-7963 to try to get an explanation and/or to cancel. 4 calls later I gave up...could not get anyone to give me information or an RMA # to return any merchandise I might receive. I finally received a package from Orem, UT on the 17th of January. I called the phone number again and was told via a recording that there were no customer service agents to assist me, if I needed assistance I should send an e-mail to help@vaperlite.com. I did so with out response, I waited a week and sent another e-mail and still no response. I have closed my credit card so no further charge attempts could go through. Not sure what to do next...
