Vapex Companyt's website did not exist when I tried to find the address to send the vaporizer back due to poor performance. Furthermore, the scam includes a 1-800 number that is never answered. Salt Lake City Utah
I was duped to thinking I had a 12 day trial period, I received the product, but, didn't like it. When I tried to contact the company concerning return of said product. There was no getting in touch with them in any way.
I have stopped payment on the debit card # that was used to purchase the trial period. So hopefully, I will not be charged monthly. I will gladly mail said product back to the company as soon as I can find where I need to send it.
Overall, the product was not useful for me as I have found that the individual vaporizers sold in most convenience stores have a better outcome in terms of the vaping satisfaction.
