I received a offer for trial electronic cigarette trial offer $4.95. I am trying to quit so I entered all my information on thier web page. It stated they would bill me $4.95 I received a call from my car insurance that my payment did not go through. Here I check my account (Master Card) and Vapex charged my account $99.99. OMG really! so I called the company and offered to return the product but the women stated in customer service tht she can only refund me half......... Please Help!!!!!!!!!
