Vapor Clean Still waiting for my brand new Desiderio Plus to be repaired and returned. Petersburg Virginia
$1,700 Desiderio Plus unit malfunctions after having it for 3 weeks, used 5 times in that time. Unit sent back for repair ($10 my dime). Unit was purchased 9/26/17 returned on 10/26/17 and still waiting for repaired/returned unit. Only thing they tell me when I get a live person on the phone is that it's 3rd on the bench (have heard that twice now). They don't return calls unless you hound them. Very poor way to treat customers who shell out $1,700 on their product. I would not recommend doing business with this company aka Puregreen international. I can't see how they got an A+ rating with the BBB. Pure BS if you ask me. As of 11/27/17 still no unit and no solid answer as to when I get it back.
