 I had been vapor nine customer and had ordered  from them in past with no issues until my last order, when i contacted them 9-12-12 i informed them that i did not recieve my order, they asked me to contact post office i did and then that i should file claim  with post office, they did nothing to resolve situation, i said that either send me my product or refund me my money basicilly was told that they would not  do either,that as far as they were concerned that they already sent it and they were not at fault.I said  that i did not recieve it.

I then advised them that i would file complaint with the BBB i was told go for it,  the only thing that they said was that they would give me a discount on my furture order,I said why would i send more money fo anthor product when i nerver recieved the first product, they did'nt seem to care that i never got my product and that it was problem. I was shocked on the treatment that i recieved and that i paid money for a product  that i Never recieved.we are talking about  $138.00 order and that Vapornine attitude is Its  Not My Problem To not take resposibility and to blow me off, I am very upset and I did contact the BBB, and hopefully this issue will be resolved,

According the the USPS the item was delivered to the address that the customer provided.  Since we are a very small company we cannot be held responsible for a customer's inability to receive packages from the post office.  Even though we aren't responsible we did feel bad that the customer never got her package and offered her 50% off in an effort to help her.   We tried to resolve the situation within reason.  The customer simply won't be happy unless we send her a complete replacement which as a small business we can't afford to do.

We have never blown her off, nor have we treated her with anything but respect and empathy as we treat all our customers.  Contrary to the complaint the customer was never told to "go for it" regarding the BBB contact, though we have tried to work with the customer through the BBB's complaint system.
