An herbal vaporizor I ordered from marleene online arrived broken.  I contacted her by phone and she said return it for a replacement. I inspected the product info that came with it from the company in Los Angeles,  but the enclosed statement only had an Ann Arbor Michigan return address,  and no other return info on any of the other usage pamphlets.

So I sent the broken unit to the company, University Scientific, in Ann Arbor.   then waited.   and waited.
But no acknowledgement of receipt by them or Vapor Me.

Finally, contacted marleene again to find out what happened.   She then proceeded to tell me that i should have sent it to her in Los Angeles, and that there was nothing else she could do and she is not responsible.

Even repeated emails/calls/letters to University Scientific went completely unanswered.

I reported both companies to the BBB in the appropriate cities and they both told me that after 30 days of no response from either company, they gave up.

I am now out $250.00 and the unit.
