Complaint Review: Varelo RV

Goy a entended warrenty and witin a two week time needed a repair on a unit, on recieving the unit back was charge 300 plus dollars , and yold my warrent didnt cover it. After a time we traded thst unit in (not to varelo) needless to say. Checking all the paper work found the warrenty which did say that the repsirs were to be covered, but the name on the wsrrenty was not ours. 2000 dollars down the drain   Also had work .

.done by varelo,  to have front and back tv work from the VCR , after paying 400 dollars   only to find thst only thr front tv worked, plus  they disconnected all wires from the antenna booster unit except the main antenna wire.  i called and was told that what i wanred done coulnt be done witout running another wire back to the back tv, and they said the front tv would not come ond neef to be replaced , i took the tv and had a repsir shop fix it for 40 Dollars i went to Wal Mart got some parts for 15 dollars and hooked both tvs up to the vcr and replced all wires on the booster unit. and everthing worked.  Called Varelo and told them ,they said it could not be done. what a bunch of  num skills.  Buyer beware steer clear of VARELO RV.
