Complaint Review: varsity Lincoln Novi

Took the MKX I have had for three weeks tomorrow in last week for body shop work from the previous owner that was promised to be fixed when I purchased it... and it was also already in for service.  If I had to guess I would say the car I was sold was not inspected at all.  when I picked it up Saturday June 23, I was already calling by Monday about the pulsing of the roaters on the freeway and the screen not functioning properly along with the steering wheel volume control and the pulling to the left. 

I got an appointment and took the truck in, had new brakes and roaters, screen calibration, sync update, steering wheel buttons to be fixed and an allignment.  This should have all been done before I was sold this "certified"truck right? 

When I saw the gloss black touch up pen marks that were passed off as finished product I was pertty upset.  My sales guy even sai it kind of looks worse but, he was going on vacation that day told me that he would get the car back into the shop for the bumper to look right after he got back but he was not able to secure rental car for me because it was being done through him?  Whatever that means- I honestly dont care, Just want the new Lincoln I got to look the part, I should have never left the lot with these cosmetic issues, but I felt like I could trust the people in front of me.

That brings us to this morning... We went into the dealership, this time (first time) I brought my significant other along so I could hopefully get some resolution, The first manager was nice and said lets go talk to Jere and get this expidited today-  Jere this is the dealership GM... He had been very nice to me in the previous weeks but apparently expecting them to keep their word was too much for the old guy and he decided to s****.>

This place is full of it, Make sure you dont make any waves or expect to get what your told you will get, or you just might get chased out of the parking lot by the GM- STAY CLASSY JERE @ Varsity Lincoln, Way to show your a**

I have called the dealership multiple times today and they just keep forwarding me to JERE rather than getting me someone higher up like I requested. Well fine then.  If I will not be given my check or get my paint fixed as promised then Ill be the chick out on the corner Monday morning with the sign reading "VARSITY Lincoln BULLIES girls"  Im sure that will make the old guy happy

This is my Fifth vehicle purchase in my life, My first Luxury SUV I was proud and excited, but not now.  Way to take all the excitment out and make me have to save for a new coat of paint on an SUV I just paid almost 30k for.  Pretty sure thats NOT how it works ;-(

Get your Lincoln somewhere else
