I will not recommend Varsity Tutors to anybody who's trying to seek tutors, I had a bad experience with this company they overcharged my Credit Card, I called to see if they can fixed this problem but they threaten to called the police on me by accusing me of harassing them, the ladies that gave me a very hard time her name is " April" she's based in Seattle office # 206 743-1564. I believed "April" her position is customer service or operator rept. the second lady her name is Jane she's also a customer service rept. I called the main line 1888-888-0446 she Jane just laughed at me and asked for my information then laughed at me again like I'm a complete joke then hanged up.
