This company is engaging in the following activities:
-Selling realestate with no licences
-Renting Real estate with no Rental Licences
-Selling homes on an illegal land contract (2 contacts one as a renter and one as a buyer) at an inflated cost the homes are damaged to the point that you will never be able to obtain financing from a finacial Institution, and then at the end of your contract if you do not obtain financing they will kick you out as if you are a renter. (thoussands of $$$ in thier pocket and you are kicked out on the street.)
-Selling homes with sewage leaks, Damaged foundations, bad septic fields, ect. with no intention of fixing anything up to any code.
-No homes are in the owners name so if they get caught...he gets off scott free and his "investors" take the fall.
-Using a former realestate agent who lost thier licence due in Georgia and moved to Michigan to rip off the people here as he couldnt do it there anymore.

Be aware of who you are buying from if it sounds too good to be true....IT IS! Save your money, fix your credit and obtain financing and buy a home on your own. These people prey on low income people with bad credit, charge them outrageous down payments "non-refundable binders" and then put them on the street keeping thier money (thousands of dollars). These people DO NOT care about you....They want to steal your hard earned $$$.

Hi, I am currently an employee of Vash Investment Group and this ripoff report has been deemed by Michigan County Circuit Court as FALSE and DEFAMATORY. Â
The order of the court was to have this removed along with anything else pertaining to this illegitimate claim made and nothing has been done about it. Â Not only is failure to comply to illegal, but it is beyond hurting our business. Â You advertise your company as a consumer service yet your lack of action is slandering our business and providing false information - even after the court ordered it to be taken down. Â Here is the case number, we are strongly considering taking legal action with the district attorney as he has pointed out we have a strong case since the proof is in the case number below. Â
