I was sent a link to this site to post about a script company I just had the un-pleasure of doing business with, Vastal I-Tech & Co. (www.vastal.com).
I bought there social community script (Buddy Zone) and from day one I was having problems with this script, poorly written to start off with, then after spening countless hours fixing things on it just so that it would work in firefox and IE, I found a bug that if a member would upload an image or video then decided to remove it from there profile it would not remove it from the server, they said I would get a fix within the hour, but over a week later still no fix.
I then asked for support to fix an email issue I was having as all my members that signed up there welcome email was going into there spam folders. I was told by Vastal I-Tech & Co. that a fix would be sent to me within a few hours, 2 days later still no fix, and when I contated them about this I was told to remove the script from my server, and per the agreement they can do this at anytime without refund.
Luckly I was one of the lucky ones and was offered a refund.
I'm seeing more and more lately with script writers putting in there agreements that they can make you remove there scripts at anytime for any reason! Please read these agreements!
In short, I was lucky that the site was still new and only about 2 weeks old and I didn't have 5,000+ members when Vastal I-Tech & Co. decided to up and pull the plug on me. All thinking of doing business with Vastal I-Tech & Co. should be warned..

I am Responding to report file by Clinton Twp, Michigan U.S.A. Vastal I-Tech & Co ripoff Can and will pull the plug on your sites running there script at anytime! Internet.
This guy is very wrong about Vastal Tech. I am a customer of Vastal tech, I run 4 social networking sites which all are Vastal Tech scripts e.g www.MyVplanet.com, www.MyHoly.org, or MyTXSpace.com and I rent the script from Vastal tech for now and this guys have been a great support to me. Vastal Tech Can not save the world and and C Clinton or whatever his name is did not pay his bill maybe thats why Vastal Tech pulled the plug on his site.
Every company out there will pull the plug on you if you did not pay your hosting bill or your monthly agreement. For those of you out ther who may have read about what this unsatiffied customer said about Vastal tech, do not believe him because I run 4 site through Vastal tech and they have done their best to support my business.
Even companies like America Online will pull the plug on you when you don't pay your bill. So Clinton stop Damaging Vastal Tech Name because Vastal Tech Script is the closest thing to Myspace space script and right now i have not seen any script that can beat Buddy zone script yet and I thank God I ran into Vastal Tech when i wanted to get into ocial networking biz.
The Team at Vastal tech have been honest with me from day one and hey 1 customer complaining out of 3000 customers, you can tell this guy C Clinton is just angry because he did not pay his bill or not happy or does not know what he is doing and frustrated. What am trying to say here, is not good to damage a business name because you are angry with them, when they are honest and have not done anything bad.
